it is when I hammer it lol. I am usually around the 350 mark so about same. I dont have the luxury of a trip computer :( or alot of features but for what I paid for the car I can add them got my recaro seats waiting to go as soon as I fit my rear electric windows :D may do a guide on that aswell.

I'm pretty sure the interval for these is every 8 years or 100k miles (whichever comes first), so yeah I'd get it changed. The waterpump is driven off the aux belt on these engines, so no need to worry about replacing it at the same time as the belt.
